Chris Bangs

Director of Product Solutions / Sales Engineer

 

Chris Bangs was one of the original founders of ActionCore and founded the SMB Professionals Group in 2007.

 

Chris has served as a top sales/marketing educator and motivator to the retail, financial, and real estate industries. Through his classroom curriculum, seminars, webinars, and products, he has trained literally thousands of salespersons all over the United States.

 

For several years Mr. Bangs was involved in the production, distribution, and marketing of the popular SMBPC Magazine, reached over 60,000 SMB IT Pros and the SMBPC newsletter which reached over 22,000 SMB IT Professionals.

 

Chris has worked closely with many well know technology companies including:

Janet Ballweber

Founder / Creative Director and SEO

 

Janet studied graphic design in college and began her career as a freelance artist. After providing beta testing and running the Tec-Support Team for LenderHost, Inc. She was asked to join the board. In the early 2000’s she was instrumental in LenderHost providing dynamically generated websites on a subscription basis to lenders in the mortgage industry. Janet contributed to the web design team and assisted with company management.

 

In the mid 2000’s she joined ActionCore focusing on video production, design, and content for various web sites, YouTube Channels, and on the production of full length documentary DVDs. In 2010 she expanded her repertoire to include draftsman for the U.S. Patent Industry.

Max Laing

CEO / Project Development

 

After the U.S. Air Force, contract work with NASA, and starting VMI (Virtual Media Integration) – the largest supplier of Computerized Radiography (CR) in North America – Max Laing focused his programming and database skills on the World Wide Web.

 

Today, Max provides group training in person and through long-term conference sessions covering utilization of current technologies, both digital & real-world team building, and persistent SEO mindset awareness.

 

Max has trained individuals and teams to effectively market their respective products and services and has been personally responsible for generating substantial income streams.

Bill’s coaching career spans two decades and his love of sports and fitness – a lifetime. After serving as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the NBA’s Indiana Pacers for seven seasons, he created Succeed, LLC and MyNetTrainer, and focused his energy on helping his personal training clients change their lives through fitness.

 

Bill has worked with physicians, registered dieticians and exercise physiologists to develop his training methodology and provides an environment where his clientele feel safe, supported and challenged – delivering wellness success.

 


 

Lisa Muller

Market and Research Adviser
Marketing Director at Tec Laboratories, Inc.

 

I enjoy the challenge of creative troubleshooting. I have never been a blank page artist but with any given set of variables or challenge put before me, I’ll find a creative solution for it.

 

Lisa “grew” into her marketing profession while working at Tec Labs, learning how to manage a marketing team in a highly regulated industry. When there are so many rules limiting creativity, one must find ways to think outside the box while still coloring inside the lines. At Tec Labs, she has learned how to use the advantages of new marketing tools and techniques to compete in a regulated playing field.

 

As the director of marketing, Lisa is responsible for planning and implementing marketing and product development programs, both short and long range. She has a wonderful team of creative individuals who keep their programs fresh and new.

 

Lisa’s current primary focus is in new product and new market development. With the truly innovative R&D Team at Tec Labs, she actively researches new areas where the company can grow. Utilizing research methods to connect with target consumers, she has also been able to help grow their brands into category leaders in the FDM retail environment.

Robert S. Shultz

Director of Project Development

 

Robert Shultz has had a thirty- year career as a credit and financial executive and has been a consultant for large multi-national as well as small to medium companies in a variety of industries since 2002.

 

In addition to his business activities he is the Chairman of the Financial Executive Networking Group’s (FENG) Credit and Working Capital Management Group, an Instructor for UCLA Extension teaching credit analysis and management. He serves on Advisory Boards for the UCLA Extension Credit Management and Analysis program, the LA City College Business School and the Credit Today Newsletter.

 

Robert served as a member to UCLA Extension’s Strategic Planning Task Force in 2015. He is a past Chairman of the Board of the Credit Management Association (CMA) and the CMA Board Advisory Committee and now serves as a “Special Advisor” to the Board. He was named CMA’s Credit Executive of the Year in recognition of his contribution to the Credit Profession.

 

Robert is a frequent speaker and facilitator and writes articles and white papers related to cash to cash management.

 

Robert and business partner Mel Kaye formed Cutting Edge Business Resources & Solutions (CEBRS.com), a vendor management firm, providing a variety of best in class resources to provide clients with tools to increase revenue, reduce costs and improve working capital.

 


 

Mel Kaye

Director of Project Development

 

Mel Kaye has had a 35-year career in Sales, Marketing and Customer Relations with Dun & Bradstreet, GetPaid Software Solutions, Transunion Settlement Solutions and Credit Managers Association. He was responsible for managing the relationships, marketing to and selling to Fortune 500 companies. His positions during this time included Senior Sales Executive, National Account Manager, Director of Customer Relations, and Vice President of Sales. His strengths lie in understanding his customers’ needs and maintaining the relationship.

 

Mel was dissatisfied with the “one size fits all” approach that was mandated when selling for any one company. He & his business partner, Robert Shultz, saw a need in the market for solution experts and started Cutting Edge Business Resources & Solutions (CEBRS.com), a vendor management company with a solutions and client centric focus. CEBRS delivers “cutting edge, best of breed”, business solutions that address a multitude of business issues to present to their clients.
