Clampdown on the H-1B visa program will make it difficult for the US IT sector to attract talent from other countries, and America might lose its competitive edge, according to a new study from the Center for Global Development. The Washington, DC-based think tank found that from the early 1990s to 2010, the H-1B visa program resulted in net gains for the United States and India.
